Our monthly subscription provides your office with a dedicated regulatory informaticist to provide remote support via Zoom, email, and phone to educate on all MIPS categories and measures, provide bi-weekly report surveillance for Quality and Promoting Interoperability, select and provide data validation for Improvement Activities and advise on all three types of Cost measures. This offering includes submission support at the end of the reporting period, a book of evidence for all work, and proposed and final rule updates for when rules change. All subscriptions have a 60-day no-cause cancellation option and require a credit card on file. Pricing varies by practice size base don the total number of eligible clinicians, as defined by CMS. Charge is monthly recurring.

Includes but is not limited to the following:


  • Asses individual, group, or virtual group status/election and eligibility across the performance year and all CMS eligibility snapshots.        

  • Provide data gathering and gap analysis for yearly MIPS for all facilities and clinicians related to the TIN.

    • o   Identify Promoting Interoperability (PI) reporting system and performance based on CEHRT edition and performance window score estimations and measure gaps for the year

    • o   Advise on PI workflow and data collection strategies to meet measures.

    • o   Perform “what if” scenarios to support the development of strategies leading to the highest possible MIPS scores. 

    • o   Review quality measure selection with consideration for optimal scoring/decile restrictions. 

    • o   Provide guidance on quality data collection, workflow process and training, reporting tools, and reporting support at year-end.

    • o   Gain access to and review Quality reports for estimated scores and evaluate data completeness requirements. 

    • o   Identify and document Improvement Activities (IA) category. This includes support for suggested documentation, per CMS guidelines.  

  • Conduct monthly reporting surveillance, of all applicable categories, and document program stakeholder updates

  • Create an annual book of evidence for all category documentation.

  • Guidance and support in applying for any applicable hardship, if needed.

  • Provide guidance on current or proposed MIPS policy as it concerns efforts, strategy, and next steps before the end of contract term.

  • Advise you on how to complete the 2022 SAFER guide exercise
